About

A software engineering company in Cape Town.

Problem solvers at heart. Synchrotech is led by P. Singh, a full-stack software and AI engineer with nine years in industry, from 32Red and Betway to Amazon Web Services.

Our story

We started with the process, not the software.

Most of what goes wrong in a business is not a missing system. It is a process nobody has written down, running differently in every branch. So we begin there: understand it, fix it, then decide what is worth automating.

We build custom software for multi-branch South African businesses: retail groups, savings and stokvel schemes, and member organisations. The team is in Cape Town and works with head offices across the country, on site for the process review and the design workshops, remote for the build.

Founder

Who you will be working with

P. Singh

Full Stack Engineer

Founder of Synchrotech. Nine years in software engineering, starting at 32Red and Betway before moving to Amazon Web Services. At AWS he built and ran a public-facing service handling thousands of transactions per second for millions of customers worldwide.

At Synchro he created Sophia, and led engineering on the stokvel savings platform, the Spin and Win promotion and the online deposits system.

That same standard runs through every system Synchro ships: what it runs on, what it has to survive, and what we take on so you do not inherit it.

Process and controls are designed with a CA(SA) partner in the room, whose experience runs from SMEs to JSE-listed companies, so the controls are in the design from the first workshop.
